I anticipate the need for agg ...even now... is so great in the area...we will see...hear about a steady stream of barges sailing away...full of agg...from our load out facility!!! Furthermore, I anticipate the price/ton to be closer to $40 than $20. Everybody should revisit Gary's recent IRR projections...and with this in mind...from a fundamental basis...we should definitely be trading at a much higher level than where we are now.
