The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Rapid fire ,slow it down and take careful aim at the recent 2nd quarter report. I would hardly call this a news leak.learn to read the quarterly reports . you will get better and better at it and make better decisions w/o rapidfire umpetuousness.pay attension to 1) improvments in production YoY and QoQ, 2)netbacks ( sort o like profit/barrel),3) new wells drilled or scheduled.4) costs of production(normally higher in winter in cold climates), soME analysts reccomendations.If you will learn to read these reports you will not stumbly blindly all about; and will stop fretting about minor changes and improve your aim .
