Bicentenial Pipeline Columbia

Bicentenial Pipeline ColumbiaBicentenial Pipeline (Oleducto Bicentenario) in Columbia  ( 230 Km  -143 miles) was built to move
crude oil from the eastern plains (llanos) to the lemon cane -covenas pipeline (Cano Limon-Covenas pipeline). It is run by the oil companies that built it lead by Pacific Rubiales and the Columbia Govt Co Eco petro.Normally 110,000 barels of oil /day would flow through every day, but the Farc Communists blow the pipes up constantly ; 2013...259 times and the first 6 months of 2014... 67 times. To resolve this problem would help Columbia expand exports of crude oil.Columbia is the #4 oil producer in South America at about 1,000,000 barrels per day.The pipeline interuptions caused Suroco to not make a profit leading to aquisition by PetroAmerica.Pta.v has significant upside since it is paying low Columbia wages to operate and sells oil in dollars.
