RE:RE:What we know, what is inferred.I think they are well aware of the window for the warrants and want to maximize the exercising of the warrants so as to not have to waste time and resources on raising money in the next 18 months.
The Rights expire on Oct.6, six months from then is Apr.6.
As the bulk sample on CH-6 was completed at the end of April of 2013. So the news available in that window will be the results of this season, which was more about preparing for the bulk sampling of next season than the results that tend to excite people.
Given the history of even GREAT news such as the CH-6 bulk sample results (where the second batch came in better than the first batch but was followed by a drop in SP) and the CH-6 valuations I believe management is well aware of the possibility that news wont move SP. So these rights and these warrants are designed so that large invested parties will exercise all their rights and with warrants being priced at a $50mil market value will most likely result in the majority of warrants being exercised.
They went this route to gaurantee funding for 18+ months, now they can focus on results not having to wonder oh well if people dont exercise their warrants then we only get halfway through our bulk sample then have to go cap in hand back to whoever will have us.
Show me the bulk sample results PGD, show me the Feasability study.
