I fully agree with you that there is no certainty that silver is putting in its final bottom.
It may have further down to go before the final bottom.
However, if you are a trader, it is a good tactic to buy at support zones and then sell or lighten up if that support zone is broken.
The future is unknown and we must never become complacent about future price movements.
The fact that the silver miners are vastly outperforming the metal suggests that silver will move higher since miners tend to lead bullion at important bottoms.
Still this is no guarantee.
Traders and investors should always use good money management and risk control in their trading.
As for myself I like to add new long trading positions, in my favorite miners, at good chart support zones.
