The Gas Distribution operations segment, through its wholly owned subsidiary NiSource Gas Distribution Group, Inc., provides natural gas to approximately 2.4 million residential, commercial and industrial customers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Kentucky, and Maryland. It operates approximately 55,000 miles of distribution main pipeline plus the associated individual customer service lines and 1,000 miles of transmission main pipeline located in its service areas. The Electric Operations segment generates, transmits and distributes electricity through its subsidiary NIPSCO to approximately 0.5 million customers in 20 counties in the northern part of Indiana and is also engaged in wholesale electricity and transmission transactions. It has four owned projects: Rosewater, Indiana Crossroads Wind, Indiana Crossroads Solar, and Dunns Bridge I.

u don't get it mickey1212i have to agree with valkerie and greasemonkies,i work in the frac sand industry for a frac company in alberta and bc. Companys are using more sand to frac a well per zone,so the need for frac sand will only increase this is fact one. fact two nwi is selling share they hold of victory and buy shares of nwi.insider buying. i do not see nwi buying shares if as you say they are in trouble. also consider the share consolidation of 10 old for 1 new.so the fifty million share number will greatly change.i am not bashing or pumping the stock or anyone here,but just think some are misinformed.if u are just trying to get cheap shares before  the consolidation thats one thing.most on this bullboard know the facts. I personally think u r wasting your time and ours.people that have been on this bullboard for a while are not fools,companys need time to ramp up to full production and get contracts,patience is rewarded.nothing personal u don,t get it.GTLA
