RE:RE:Not all coal is the same Mokitayou are right that not all coal is the same.  evidently Quinsum, sharing the same coal fields as proposed Raven site, discovered selling thermal is more profitable rather than bearing additional costs of mixing with high grade coal to meet steel making grade. Quinsum has laid off half of its 144 workforce due to plunging market demand and prices rather than converting to met. coal.  
Must have missed in CEC project costs, a line item for purchasing high grade coal, transporting it, and additional labour costs etc for mixing it with proposed Raven quality to meet steel making quality standards.
