3-9 days of downtime due to maintenance/inspections in Q2.

I don't know if they can achieve their 2500 boe/d 2014 exit rate goal or not.  But even at the current 1525 boe/d average for Q2, it looks darn cheap to me.

Looks like the market agrees.  Up 27% now.  I wouldn't be shocked to see it run for a few days.
