If they are paying this director chappie $100k to stage manage this cluster, the first thing the genius did was walk them into a regulatory halt for trying a fast one.

The bottom feeders got out with a few pennies and drove a bit of volume but the dealmakers sat on their hands, or tripped over their own feet, counting pennies while the market pegged them for the cheapsuits they are.

Pxl's assets are still worth a lot but the clowns trying to buy on the cheap can't find the way to their own circus. I, along with everyone except the penny traders smelled a rat right from the get go. Its not my first attempted business arrangement where the insiders clam up. release as little info as the regulator allows, try to drive the price down and then come up with a confusing business arrangement that allows management to prosper and the owners of the company to hold the bag.
