RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Greedy@pri - The issue of confidentiality for employees other than executives is broader than FCU's alone and it's possible that the regulations outline different levels of compliance for different employees as you suggest.

As for drilling near the FUU boundary, I think you have to go where you believe the resources are. There's no point drilling where preliminary work tells you there's little likelihood of a hit just because it's located in the centre of the claim.  If that was the case, then forget about doing all the preliminaries and save that money by just drilling in the middle of the claim.  I don't see anybody complaining about the Waterbury payday which was drilled near the edge of the FIS claim.
