China In October

China In OctoberPremier Philippe Couillard is heading to China in October for his first economic mission abroad. Couillard will visit China from Oct. 26 to Oct. 31. The trip is a chance for Couillard to strengthen ties with China as he looks for investors in the mining sector. Will Quest benefit from this trip, or will someone else want to lock up their supply BEFORE China continues to dominate and dictate the fate of the rare earths market?? Hmmm........
