A few questions...A few questions while we do nothing...
1) I am of the understanding that the MLB transfer takes us from 30% to 50% of Ferrometals. Cancana subsidiary called MLB is CNY's entity that owns claims including the Valdero Mine beside Rio Madeira. When we transfer shares to Ferrometals they contractually have to transfer shares to us. True or False?
2) Ferrometals currently has 36,955,297 Cancana shares, representing 45.7% of outstanding Cancana shares. They have option to obtain 13,857,656 more Cancana shares through warrants. Assuming the full exercise of warrants, Ferrometals would control a maximum of 50,812,953 Cancana shares. This would represent approximately 53.6 % of Cancana. True or False?
3) The Valdaro mine is up and running now, and we were stockpiling Mn and ready to show revenue? True or False?
4) Assuming that (3) above is true, how much income are we expecting and what should that do to the share price?
5) On April 23, 2014 CNY shareholders approved the RM Joint Venture and CNY closed the PP and appointed a new director. Does that mean that the Joint Venture Agreement is settled and there ae no more issues? (I guess it must) True or False?
6) CNY owns 50% of Ferrrometals. True or False?
7) CNY will own 50% of Ferrometals after the MLB Transfer. True or False?
7) Assuming this all goes the way it looks like it should, then we longs all should be fine. Which begs the question - why is the share price at near all time lows?
