The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:RE:Takeover price$2-3 sounds crazy but here is why it isn't:

Papillion/Fekola drilled 5 million oz and sold for $600 million.   Just based on Diaka alone, if it proves up nearly that much, that is almost $2/share right there (based on a 50% ownership) and Diakha just a small part of the whole land package.  Then you have Farita which almost certainly is very prolific at its eastern tip, then you have Siribaya, then Bamabadinka, then Barbara, then........on it goes. No doubt $2-3 is an actual possibility.
