The responsability of the management is to have the mine producing and not to entertain the shareholders and always respond to their demands about what is going on on the site.  I know a few companies whose president was always on the phone promoting his stocks a few years ago. Useless to say that these companies today no more exist and its president who was a good promoter and not a miner in his heart  today enjoys   a good life with the money of his shareholders and the shareholders are the bagholders.  Don't call the president everyday to know what is going on because doing so, the president loses his time.  If you don't like the way it is, sell and buy another stock.
