Scott,

I would expect for shareholders to be realistic about any sale. Cayden for sure is going to be sold and it will command a very nice price. I don't believe it will ever reach the levels in dollar terms that Bob M and some on this board think.

But that debate is for another day.

To your point I wouldn't expect any real movement on the sale of the whole package before 43-101 compliant resource is recognized. Additionally, no serious bidder will come calling and offer big bucks until at minimum a PEA is completed.

And I'll add an additional factor that many over look, including mining executive themselves. Significant metallurgy tests will need to be completed to show recovery rates as well.

I expect all of these important variables to be completed along the growth process and before any subsequent buyout.

I would put the time frame for selling the El Bargueno and Morelos Sur land package somewhere around a minimum 2-3 years from today. On the other hand, the smaller Las Calles land package could be sold at any time to GG.

Just a few of my thoughts.
