RE:RE:RE:The "Nothing is New" news is outyou could very well be right, but in order for the price to reflect the value you need more time.
if you establish that the production gains are not accidental, the land value and production 
 value will go up. I was wrong before (too optimistic), but this is the right way of establishing 
 a track record. penn west is waiting on their initial wells to show the production does not fall
 off the clif and pinecrest is showing that the waterflooding does work, but this is only an early
 round at this game. lets hope for the best. if they remedy more wells with decent results, the 
 game will change by quite a bit.
