Misty, have you gotten lost? This is not the American Creek Bullboard. From what I can see, you only come over here to try to bully and intimidate people who are investing in AMK's Treaty Creek partner with whom a contractual dispute wound up in the courts.

I've never heard you give one reason to buy AMK, but here we give many reasons as to why we're optimistic about Teuton. Sorry you don't agree with our thinking. Highper seems to know his geology and he does get pretty excited, and people like you get off on trying to intimidate him with veiled threats. Tough guy! Because Canadians don't have First Amendment privileges and Stockhouse is Canadian based, you can try that up there; it doesn't work in America where fair comment on public matters is protected speech. I really think you're not a nice person (I'm speaking "Canadian" so read between the lines. I'd like to say it more emphatically.)

Well, maybe I can help you find out the reasons people buy AMK. You might call their attorneys and ask them why they love the company so much they put in a half million dollars!! Apparently AMK's attorneys must have found something they like about the company, having "invested" $500,000 in the company instead of taking cash for legal services rendered; and according to one of AMK's either news releases or MD&As, another creditor-vendor (I believe it was someone who sold them vehicles) "invested" in stock in the company in lieu of cash owed to them by AMK. I thought it was pretty funny because AMK commended them for showing confidence in the company by investing" in the stock. (paraphrasing)

I don't know how the Judge is going to rule on the appeal but I read the factum listing Teuton's points, which I think Saldo posted on the AMK board, and I found many of them very convincing. I know from experience that most of these are doomed to failure and part of me would like to see this case die right now; on the other hand, if the judge grants the appeal, look out...

Please note that I don't go on the AMK board and post there. Why don't you just take your AMK stock with you and leave. Don't be angry; just leave us the Tuck alone.
