China In October

China In OctoberPremier Philippe Couillard is heading to China in October for his first economic mission abroad. Couillard will visit China from Oct. 26 to Oct. 31. The trip is a chance for Couillard to strengthen ties with China as he looks for investors in the mining sector. Will Niocan benefit from this trip as China is the largest consumer of ferronobium in the world, but interestingly enough, even with their world domination in light & heavy rare earths, they don't have any!
