i agree that the name sends shivers of insolvency through anyone who has heard it spoken previously, but it is new management and their overseeing BOD that is coughing up the ball this go around.
loyalty is obviously a two way street. If current leadership has no loyalty to you the shareholder, why would you keep them around if the opportunity to replace them, with a clean sweep, arose?
giving away 15% of your holdings for their own company valuation of 18 cents is probably a good indicator of what you can expect if and when the entire c fck is sold.
