I admire your optimism 
But, yeah but, can you seriously mention a white knight and ask about the meaning of an up tick when only 70,000 shares have traded -- that's about $20k  -- and that's not very much money.
Similarly the buys by the insiders have been peanuts too.
trying to infer meaning from this trivia borders on silly.
Also have you noted that DM's convertible debentures have an early payment and penalty clause that would give a white knight serious second thoughts
