What if Monday Repsol announces a buy of Eagle Ford or JVs etc?

What will happen to the price then?

TLM is worth more than $10.91 CDN, a lot more .... 

Not sure what the CEO is up to, but Icahn's stand-still agreement ends, I believe-on or about 12/1/14 ....

Surely there is private equity, Indian, Chinese, etc. buyers for these assets .... or why not spin-off some of the parts to shareholders, etc., or split the company .....

Why doesn't BP or CVX or Exxon come in and add 350,000 barrells a day +/-


Pissed that they let Repsol kick the tires and then the leak of the not interested/interested news this week ...

Poor PR to "brag" that Kurdish assets are being placed for sale, when title to asset is shaky, and there is a civil war 30 miles away ...
