He been saying that since March, because he is a shareholder, so he wants people to load up and so he could dump all his shares at a higher price! Shameless! My take is that based on what was said in the NR, compared to in March, completion prob won't be by new year as this time it didn't even bother mentioning completion is soon... so its indefinite when it will be completed. You have to remember that it's 6-7 years of invoices to check and verify and a huge sum to pay out, so off course it will take a very long time. I'm estimating payout be in march/April 2015!
