BXJU - then perhaps you can explain why BGM would spend money raising the tailings when it was not going to use it? Go and read the Jan 20th 2014 press release -  a much more recent reference to what is actually happening than your 2012 reference which included a plan for off site ore that never happened. Perhaps TD can explain it too -  if he cares to take time away from jamming that 50 gram fusion cupel us his A$$.
