That's right, JK, they are truly a San Francisco based company at Zenith. Their offices are an easy walk from my house in a high-rise downtown.

I think the SF nature makes sense, as the SF Bay Region has one of the highest-concentrations of biotech companies in the world. Thus, there is a lot of talent and synergies in SF to tap upon. It does make a difference.

I think a SF home office for Zenith might also increase the chances of that all-important IPO being on NASDAQ. That would be a good thing IMHO.
