I think you're mistaking different levels of knowledge, interpretation, and experience for dishonesty.  The actus reus and the mens rea are not jointly present for you to make that accusation and not only discredit yourself but also drive others away.

JD - are you familiar with the plight of Questerre? (QEC).  Obviously a different scenario, but wow, what an amazing resource cut off at the knees by a provincial Government when all seemed ready to move ahead.
