RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hormel record 3rd quarter earningsThe REV wraps Hormel is selling for one year now are not dried with EnWave's Rev-technology, in fact they're not dried at all. The names are just accidentally the same. For Hormel it comes from 'to rev up', give an energy boast. For EnWave it stands for Radiant Energy Vacuum microwave technology. That being said, Hormel wants to bring out more products under it's REV-brand. And this time, it would be for dried meat snack mixes (which would contain dried meat, dried cheese, dried olives, ..., all of which would be dried with EnWave's Rev-technology). As Hormel has been very committed and succesfull so far in launching the wraps under it's REV-brand, a similar approach for the meat snack mixes under the REV-brand could be a real breakthrough for EnWave.
