Don't you guys be too hard on the Chief. From the story I heard, when he was working on the roof of his house, he played it safe by tying a rope to the bumper of his car then climbed up to the opposite side of the roof to carry on with his work safely. Unfortunately he left the keys in the ignition and his wife in a hurry to get to the store jumped in the car and took off... Must I say more.
