time to actFirst... NO severance for non performance , 2ND .. no pay for no work, 3RD.. management personally liable for failure ( a law was passed a few years ago to this affect ). 4TH .. if management wants to quit then we get to KICK them out the door .. 100 yard punt to be the minimum.
5th .. the saving grace .. if they get off their self serving asses and DO something .. THEN maybe JUST MAYBE ... us shareholder/owners will ........ ???????? be a little more tolerant ... na, not going to happen ... once a dead beat always a dead beat ..... but ...... perhaps
