How "labour" union works...

How "labour" union works...
The first step:

The oil and gas company DNO has partially suspended oil production in Yemen following labour union blockades. The DNO workers have been on strike since Sunday, saying their legal demands have not been met, according to reports in Yemeni newspapers. The company is in talks with the government and the unions to resolve the outstanding issues.

The second step:

The same blackmailing process in CVI. DNO got our brothers $1.000 per month so our legal demand is $1.000 too...
"Calvalley Labor Union, the workers insisted on an increase of their monthly salaries, demanding to be “treated like workers from other foreign oil companies.” Since August 27, 155 workers from the Canadian-based oil company have been on strike, discontinuing exploration at first, and ultimately stopping production."
I would like to know what do they mean with this exploration work which they DID stopped.

In the third round they can/will want to take 1.500 bucks for doing nothing from Total and therefore the same from DNO/CVI etc.?

These idiots havn´t understood so far that they could obtain more jobs only if exploration and development of new oil fields will take in place, not when and if production is struggling and exploration is impossible for continual blockade of access roads, strikes and firefights.
