RE:FDR.V to acquire NRT.V Seems like great news to me, at current prices we would get around $0,115 per share which seems reasonable to me. Flinders has just restarted their Woxna Graphite operations, so it should start generating cashflow what can be used to fund El Tejon. When those two are in operations we could start expanding the amorphous mining and the canadian explorations targets. Flinders man. team has experienced in reviving a mine, Woxna was put in care and maintenance around the same time as El Tejon, if i recall correct. Sounds like a perfect match to me. From Flinders perspective I think this merger makes more sense then the proposed merger with Tasman Metals earlier this year.
