We have been undertaking a strategic review process and are in the final stages and hope to have some results soon. As you know the capital markets have been extremely difficult, and this process is taking some time in the current environment.

They cannot tell me that they did not see this coming back in July. Then an options grant a few days prior to the default news. Solid!
