Poise has been right before.
I bet there is a big scramble going on with POP management right now.
Imagine going to court against KMDC... with what    no money to defend... it could be years.
You watch the news releases that are going to be spit out.
And the funny part.... no money has changed hands. So who is the drivers seat?  :)
I am thinking that maybe just maybe that second PP  was an an insurance if the KMDC went down the drain.
