Puzzling

PuzzlingPreviously announced an exploration target of 5-7 billion tons of iron, yesterday a 43-101 report verifying that a small piece of the target has 441 million tons of mineable iron ore.  Recognizing that the are production costs for sure, it is still puzzling that a company with tens of billions of dollars worth of iron has a market cap of less than $50M.  Even completely ignoring the FQM copper project (which makes no sense to ignore), the net present value of even just the 441 Mt iron deposit, given some reasonable estimate of mine construction and production costs, looks like a couple of billion dollars.  Anybody understand this?
