Since this set-back at Blunderheim concerning MEG is material information, a NR on this very subject should have been released by August 21st, and not today. Looks like Blunderheim will now again be going over the newest revised budget...

Legal resolution to this kind of issue is never fast. Only quick fix is for Cus to offer MEG some $ to back down. And look for the legal vultures to be circling and trying to launch class action suits for anyone who bought between Aug 21 and yesterday.

With the volume and volitility this is a day trade. There are a hell of a lot better options for buy and hold right now. Yeah, they could sell NATO and come up with a big chunk of change but remember they are going to the market rather than the market coming knocking to buy the facility...not a position of strength. The stock is probably only holding around $4.80 this a.m. on the possibility of a NATO sale but that could also fall through and then the things could get very messy.
