I agree, do your DD

I agree, do your DDI have to agree with other posters here, everyone should do his own DD. 
Everyone has to read all company's data, all the available factual articles, and make all the comparisons with PTA's peers.

The conclusion will be that PTA is currently undervalued. 
ALL the fundamentals/metrics/numbers says so, when you compare PTA with other similar companies. 

But there is another way also to evaluate PTA.

Read the messages of "dave" and others about "chinese pumpers", the supposed  fairly valued PTA because Mr. Market says so, (and you know, Mr. Market is always right, there are no undervalued or overvalued stocks, never, (!!!), ignore all the facts, get insatiable or fearful. Believe those who call everyone who provide info, data and evaluation methods as "pumpers", but never justify why longs here are wrong. No arguments, only repeating accusations.

After all, is your call guys.
