You would think COS would have given investors a heads up that the sulphur issue was going to last for at least two months. It is obvious that the last guidance we got to year end is nonsense.
I've concluded that these guys are a bunch of back office clerks so I sold the final 1/3rd and put it into Suncor where we at least have some transperency and spreading of risk. Unit costs are going to be bad this quarter, the debt ceiling is quickly coming into view and I do not trust that they will not announce a whole new bunch of capital projects for next year as their annual regulatory filing for reserves implies. You are in the penalty box boys.
