RE:Nickel perks up as Philippines eye ore export ban

RE:Nickel perks up as Philippines eye ore export banNow this is interesting - certainly has the nickel price juiced up 31 cents per pound - and back up at $8.6344/lb.  A significant amount of institutional research pointing to nickel up at $11/lb next year.  I am sure the hands in the mining/metals analyst houses are now working feverishly (in fact I can smell macros burning) - a tsunami of nickel reports will be spewed forth from London, Sydney, Toronto, and the mysterious far east.

Brought into sharper focus by a flaci iron ore price (at 2 year low, and Port Hedland cranking like the big ore thumping monster it is...40M tons per month, and trending higher).

Sorry, got carried away.  Nickle will shine (as a story, as a bull case, as ...a reason to live) against everything else in the space.

It helps NI's prospects and then this emerging silica sand oppty.

Bull case.
