The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

The retailers get the slop and the clowns who run these so called companies that "create shareholder value" have no accountability. Two years ago Lenic and company were doing the caviar tour through Texas and California, wining and dining at the best establishments in town and staying at  5 star hotels. Too bad the boys with the real big money didn't kick in but they sure did enjoy those fancy meals and fine drinks. Instead Joe Retailer got sold a house of cards with Lenic's next "senor silver producer" slop and even hinted about gold in them thar hills at Shafter while all along collecting a ridiculously overpaid salary . Borderline at the best and no wonder there was a class action launched. All in my humble opinion.
