The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Thats about 15 percent of so from the top..
I called that one last week, for some of you.. Nothing to do with
the company, simply the fact that oil prices have moved
lower... Whether that is a long term phenomena, difficult to
ascertain... Lower netbacks.... for all... Strange, considering
all the drama we have been experiencing throughout the world.
Next call will be 36 cents... where I believe we just may start to
flatline, and accumulate..... I dont believe we will see much in
terms of production gains until the larger targets have been
drilled, especially Crypto.. No, I am not long CNE, does not
meet my criteria...
