The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

If I have some time to dig around I'm happy to post it. I don't pay a great deal of attention to the specifics. It doesn't impact my decision. Suffice to say PTA now has 7 analysts covering, down from 9 last month. Thought they may have a deal to sell in the works when I saw that. We'll see if they resume after the next update.

Still trying to find out why folks are getting their knickers in a knot on 1.5 M shares traded today. That's about $600k... slightly more than I'm holding.
