Well mat, I don't have access to the report that you mentioned. But I know a bit about this company. As you know the result of feasability study was rather disappointing and that was not because of low grade but rather because of low recovery rates.
A good management start working on metallurgy just after finding the deposit. If you can't  get the metal out  of the rock spending many millions of dollars drilling is wealth destruction and this is managements big fault.
The bull case for DM is  that Barkly will find a miner who think they can figure the metallurgy out and sell the company.
You know the bear case.
