Ok Birch. Let's get into it. First, how interested are you? It's KMDC not KMDH. Second, KMDC has been through this same process before and failed. Their reputation, obviously, is already tarnished. Hence the haircut today. You said that if this one fails that no one would trust them again. Including you. They made a deal in good faith and so did the management of POP. I don't question it. That doesn't change the fact that it could still fail because of politics in Korea. I invite you to reread the interview already posted and then re-evaluate how much money you're willing to risk on whether these guys are in the good graces of the Korean financial department.
