The part that's not so good is the delay on the piling. I'm with Aggman on this one. HBK has known about the time factor to get the loadout facility built for a long time. Question is in co-ordinating all aspects of construction requirements - Why did it take them so long to finalize the loadout facility contract? That way the loadout contractor could have got his materials sooner and the job started earlier. Did our contractor know their was a possibility of piling delivery being delayed? At any rate, it is an unfortunate setback...all be it temporary. Let's hope their aren't anymore delays...
