I actually think the lawsuit blindsided MEG - it's only been a couple of weeks - and perhaps they were trying to squeeze Canexus in negotiations for capacity - but now that CANEXUS has launched the court case because they have other suiters and are close to a sale - MEG is probably scrambling to defend themselves which is why they've been quiet (now that it's in the courts) - whereas Canexus has been clear they have clear legal footing to launch this lawsuit.....I think Canexus called MEG's negotiation bluff and there will be a quick resolution -  this delay does not benefit anyone. 

Lets see tomorrow....but for me - still worth risking some capital for this risk IMHO.
