RE:They Don't Make MoneyI am not sure why the company proceeded to production without a full feasibility study in trhe first place - big mistake by management and the board IMO. The rest of the project is also a very long way (a lot of work), and a lot of money away from a pre-feas or feasibility itself as you point out (inferred rsources).
