That is a total load of rubbish from IR.  I would hope that there is a monthly owners meeting where progress/issues are reviewed.  The COS representative would ask:

Q:  So how long will these sulphur issues continue?
A: At least two months.

Q: What is the impact on production?
A: It will be down by one third.

At which point the COS representative should say:  "Gee, that is pretty material.  We should let our shareholders know."  Instead we get the nonsense above where IR states "We provide you with more information than we should already so screw you."   I think we need Bill Ackman for a board room coup here.
