RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bullish Article on CUSI agree with you and think this will get resolved quickly. I sold all my CUS stock and replaced them with Oct Calls (and some). If bad things happen I will lose my premium but I could/would  lose even more by holding the stock. At I least know my downside.
Worst case for me under this strategy would be an extended legal process.
