BUILD SHAREHOLDER VALUE - TROLL FOR PARTNERSHIPS FROM BED1) CEO trolls the internet looking for websites affiliated with a "celebrity" or a known "brand name".
2) CEO fills out a webform with the website for a "partnership"
3) CEO writes up a questionable news release eloquently adding the celebrity and brand name found on the website.
4) CEO sends out a news release.
5) At the end of the news release, you will notice the company makes references to having multiple offices in several major north american cities. But those offices are all virtual offices you pay 99$ a month for and they have no real employees.
6) Stock holders rant and rave on the stockhouse website about how great the company and the partnerships are. Meanwhile the stock price just keep going lower and the company has no money.
Is this a good description of a pattern I noticed?
