I had a couple of PMs wondering about where all the shares that RG mentioned come,or will come from .
Prior to the last PP we had 63.019.342 shares.
The PP was for 26.700.000 shares and the same amount of sister warrants (53.400.000 shares total).
We know that GM as the Agent collected $150.750 plus 1.377.000 warrants cashable at 0.10 for two years.
Super deal !!!.
Assuming everything gets exercised (which it should) it comes to 117.806.342 shares.
I`m a few hundred thousands off RG`s numbers,he must know of some other ones or maybe counting some options or newer warrants.
The following graph shows the updated Shorts and the progress of the warrants.
Shorts get updated twice a month (15th and the last day of the month and get published 5 days later ).
On the shares issued you can see how many warrants get cashed on the period.
From 63.019.342 to 89.719.342 those are the shares from before plus the 26.700.000 new ones from the last PP, anything after 89.719.342 are the warrants being exercised.
Right now we are at 101.211.342 meaning we have another 16.500.500 (for sure) yet to be exercised, all at 0.18 except the ones from GM at 0.10.
