The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

What we need to figure out is the total shares fully diluted (options and warrants providing they are cheap enough for the insiders to exercise) before any funds are passed on to the shareholders upon receipt of the $56M going forward, ...etc....Do you get the drift..?? Once we know this we can calculate what we will end up with when everything is said and done.
